  Printer arrived in a broken state. The box was pretty banged up. Looks like the shipping company had fun with it. I notified the seller a refund was issued within 8 hrs. I dont think it was the sellers fault it was the shippers fault in my opinion. The seller sent a refund. Great customer service would buy from again.

  I'm very impressed with how the seller handled our issue. The day after I placed my order, I received a message informing me that the wrong item had been shipped. The seller immediately sent the correct item and even allowed me to keep both, despite their high value. Excellent customer service!
