  Items were new as advertised and seller was very fast in shipping them to me. Seller offered post-delivery support in setting them up and wanted to make sure everything was good. I'm very happy with this seller and the items, would buy again! The camera app itself gave me a notice that one of the camera batteries wasn't fully charged, though it appeared to be. When I looked through the device information on the app I found what it needed was a firmware update, which was easy to do.

  Haven't received the product yet but the seller has been amazing. Responding to questions in minutes. Going out of their way to make sure I have everything I need even sending pictures to confirm. All happening within minutes. Made this part of my week super easy, can't thank them enough!

  I had to cancel my order because I really need the XL unit and I mistakenly ordered the this one with standard housing and battery. The seller promptly cancelled my order and refunded me as requested. He even offered to help me in any way possible to locate the unit I was looking for, but I already had found one. Excellent service and communication!!
