But, the seller responded quickly when I told them about it, sent me the right cards (still within the original delivery window), and even let me keep the mistaken cards. Initial mistake aside, a good experience, and a good responsible and responsive seller.

UPS lost my package temporarily, well for Like 2 weeks, the Canada post strike has caused a lot of issues even with other couriers, as they’re being over loaded. I was a little worried as I already had Canada post orders I wasn’t going to be getting. And this was a package that was supposed to come before Christmas. I reached out to the seller. They wasted no time contacting UPS & I had my package within 3 days of contacting them. Awesome

Seller asked me if I wished to proceed with my order in light of the strike as most likely my order/package would be held by Canada Post until the strike ends. I asked the Seller it send out my order and I consequently received it the day after the strike was over. So, all went well, and I am very pleased with how the seller dealt with the strike.
