    My first order was lost in the mail. Contacted seller and they shipped me another one asap. Great communication and super-fast shipping the second time. Not their fault on the first order. Great price and I recommend this company. Will purchase again from them.

    Item arrived as depicted, complete with a set of batteries needed so I set it up right away, and I am happy with it. That said, the box it came inside, was banged up, and the small branches of the tree had circular gaps between them as if someone had pushed their fingers into the tree. The external box was well packed, so I'm not sure how this happened, but I largely fixed it via spending some time sitting there, "fluffing the tree up". Regardless this little tree went perfectly where I needed.

    The product is good and so was the price. It took a longer than it was suppose to for delivery. The seller said it was due to security checks. That and the holiday season could account for the long delivery time and the seller did respond promptly to my questions. They kept me informed.

    I gave them to my brother. He says they work fine. Fast shipping and well packaged. A little pricey for cheapo headphones but all is well. Seller recommended.
