  yes, we requested a cancel of order only because the shipping address was not change. Did request a change of address from seller and it turned out it was done and package arrived correctly. No extended time frame either.

  SENT WRONG ITEM!!! I feel this was intentional to send me a worthless model instead of ACCURATE model. IQ7 vs IQ7A . BIG DIFFERENCE. I run a business and needed this to service a customer. Absolutely horrible . Beware of scam
