  As described, new in box with plastic wrapping still on the box. Great packaging, very securely packaged. Shipping was faster than expected but could have offered a faster paid option. All in all it's GREAT VALUE for the money!

  The item came as mentioned in the description, brand new and sealed, but the wait time was very long, I am from Malawi and had to wait 60 days for the phone to be delivered, on the upside, I did not have to pay any taxes or custom fees which is fantastic. I would recommend the seller if you don't mind the waiting.

  I purchased the smartphone with the explicit understanding that it would be shipped from Europe, as clearly stated in your listing. However, the tracking information shows that the item was shipped from China, resulting in unexpected VAT and import fees. I demand that you take full responsibility for this error and reimburse me for the VAT charges incurred due to the incorrect shipment origin. Please respond promptly with you proposed resolution.
