    USPS had misplaced my package and after I contacted the seller the package was found and sent out to me. I feel I had luckily won this bid on this HO locomotive and felt great after it was finally delivered. The item was listed correctly with excellent photos to show what I was buying! Thanks again to this seller for letting me wait a little longer rather then a fast refund. This was worth my wait, thank you very much for getting this to my door!!!!

    Item was very well packaged and arrived in excellent, undamaged condition. Fast shipping! Item is exactly as described in the listing. Although old stock, it appears factory new. Good communication with the seller. Hard to find item at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with this transaction.

    Item came defective out of the box, but this was a factory error, and the seller’s description of new in box was correct. Seller worked to resolve the issue with me quickly and professionally, accepting a return without complaint. Will buy from again.

    The doors fell off of the car which I don't believe was described in the listing, so I chalk that up to being jostled during shipping, but otherwise the car was in perfect condition and reattaching the doors was no problem! Good packaging, great price.
