  Item appears to be new, but there was no paperwork in the box. I was expecting to see a parts list and an "owners manual" that describes how to properly use the track cleaning car. I sent the seller a message 7 days ago, asking if there should've been some factory paperwork inside the box, but the seller has not replied yet. Item was well packaged and shipped fast. Seller gets NO stars for communication after the sale.

  A Big Thanks to One of The Best Sellers with Super Fast Shipping. The ho scale Amtrak Sleeper Car arrived with plenty of wrapping material to prevent damage during the shipping and delivery process. The item arrived in near new condition as described.   Great price, fast shipping, and excellent packaging. Wonderful seller who I'd highly recommend! Note: The box was crushed and re-taped. There is something wrong with the Post Offices out east. I have had several eBay packages from out East and they are always torn open and re-taped. No reflection on you as an eBay seller.

  I ordered a group of 6 sets of Walthers replacement geared driver wheels that were new in the original packaging. That is what I received. The axel sets were a good value, quality with fast and reasonable shipping for the money. A problem free transaction. I will buy form this seller again.
