    Unfortunately, USPS lost my package so I can't review packaging however, seller created a label and shipped promptly. Once USPS Tracking indicated the package was lost, seller communicated very well and replied promptly ultimately issuing a refund quickly. Great seller and will buy from again!

    Well packed electron tube arrived promptly and in good external physical condition. However, I had some doubts about the reliability and safe operation of the product due to some questionable testing results. The seller stepped up to the plate and very promptly refunded my purchase price. This seller gets A+++ for customer satisfaction and prompt service.
