  The seller provided excellent value for the item and accepted my best offer. Everything was shipped quickly with no delays, and the package arrived within the estimated time frame. The packaging was extremely secure with the item wrapped in bubble wrap packed inside a stiff, well-sealed box. The item was mostly as described, but there were some unexpected issues which the seller quickly help me resolve. The seller provided excellent customer service and responded promptly to every message.

  The laptop arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The quality of this used item is superb, and especially for this price. It was only a little dirty but was easily cleaned. Besides that, it looks great! The seller also has great communication too, and they gladly and concisely answered all the questions I asked them before I bought the item. Definitely a recommended seller!

The packaging of the item was also good with bubble wrap protecting the item from in-transit damage. The item received was in new condition and exactly as described by the seller.   Great looking pair of Azden powered speakers, they look like new, well packed, and promptly shipped by Fed Ex Ground, my favorite shipper. The power cords were not included, so I contacted Customer Service and they are shipping me the cords. Discounts for purchasing multiple units, too. High quality product at a Refurbished Price! I can buy here again.

  excellent customer service, five stars!! all the way they helped me solve a slight shipping issue that was on my end, but they stepped up and helped without question, I really recommend the m to anyone, great service and super nice people, and they were so prompt with solving the problem as well, litterally zero delay, I sent tnem a message and within an hour they had reached out telling me it had been resolved. no fuss not a bit of static, wonderful people.... like I said five stars all the way
