    This was a gift and the individual absolutely loves it. Shipping was on point. It actually arrived earlier than anticipated. The outside packaging was top notch (like it was fort knox 😂). The box it arrived in had a few dings on it but I think that came from how the carrier handled the package.This was nothing the seller could control. The inside was very nicely packaged and displayed each item exquisitely. It was just as described and worth the value. I highly recommend

    Item arrived well packaged and as described. The battery on the Tonie box was completely dead and seems to no longer keep a charge. After leaving it on the charger overnight the Tonie box will not turn on without being stationed on the power cord. I will contact the manufacturer to check for defects.
