  Sellers attitude was very poor. Ordered boba straws for the 4th time but on this occasion they were shorter than ordered, previously ordered and advertised. By 4cm. Contacted seller who didn't apologise and wanted me to return at my own cost. Don't trust the seller based on how they interacted no apology for their mistake. And continued to say they wanted to inspect the product to make sure it was their error despite me demonstrating clearly with tape measure that it was

  We kindly asked the buyer to provide a photo with measurements to verify any issue, but they refused. We then requested a return through eBay, which would be at no cost to them if their claim was correct. Instead, they demanded a free replacement without proof or returning the item. We’re happy to resolve issues fairly and even apologize if we’re wrong, but ignoring our requests and demanding extras is not how business should be done.
