It was claimed as new without tags, but it was definitely a used item. You could make out in the picture. The item also had an area where the jacket lining was coming off, which indicates it was not new. Overall, it was still a value buy due to price paid. Would recommend buying from this seller!

The Angel was in original packaging and then double boxed for safe arrival. She is exactly as described and will make a wonderful addition to my large collection.
