    livraison très lente: 12 jours d'attente! il ne faut pas être pressé... les frais de port sont chers même si on a un numéro de suivi. aussi l'enveloppe en papier est arrivée déchirée, et l'objet à l'intérieur n'est pas protégé; ce serait bien d'avoir une enveloppe à bulle ou un emballage pour sécuriser l'envoi. merci.
