    This item arrived damaged, but the envelope was not ripped or torn. It may have been undamaged prior to packaging, so I give the benefit of the doubt. It was only packaged in a manilla envelope with no other protective material. The CDs still play fine and that is what is important to me. I will put it in another case and swap the covers over. The attached pictures depict the cracked case face with a crushed side on the edge of the case.
