  As described good quality and value, only let down by royal mail taking 2 weeks to deliver. Seller Paulo highly recommended. He even sent a replacement as the post took so long. That has yet to arrive.

  The box they arrived in was crushed and the contents was not in the original packaging. It should have been packed with some cushioning to prevent damage. Some scratches. The utensils were not properly packed. The product is lovely. I have ordered these before.

  Item arrived untracked 1 week after eta, initially we thought the item had been lost and seller offered to repost or credit, item arrived 1 week later and we didn’t have to resort to Re shipping. Good communication and honest seller in my opinion. Thank you.
