I've bought the object, but it has never been shipped by the seller. The seller keeps saying it will ship the item "by the end of the week", it says it every week. Now 3 weeks has passed, and I still don't have a traking code to trust this person.

Of course you don't have. End of this week means END OF THIS WEEK and not begin of this week. We have Tuesday! We always communicate to you, even we have a delay. The ship with this container has not arrive in time. This can happens. You were informed and had always the option to cancel the order.
