This, in fact, was not the case. Not only was the condition of the card exactly as described, it arrived fast and had considerably good stats when considering its asking price of $50~$65. The quality of the packaging was very acceptable, and while the card had minor scuffs, I knew this was normal for Chaotic cards. I’m very pleased and would be open to purchasing from this seller again.
