  This seller has no respect for packaging. This should have been sent in a box but was instead sent in a mailer, before I even opened the packaging I could tell it was going to be a disaster and sure enough, my item arrived damaged, crushed and ruined. Its condition resembled nothing like its listing picture. I paid top dollar and the seller sent me garbage.

  Accurate description and arrived new in box as described. Quick turnaround from purchase to arrival and packaged safely. And when I say packaged safely, I mean that the seller quintuple bubble wrap bagged this mug’s box. It was almost like I was opening a Russian nesting doll of bubble wrap.

  The listing originally included a jar of protein and a jar of preworkout. After receiving the item, I contacted the seller about the missing preworkout and it took over 2 days for a response. When I did get a response, they were rude and unwilling to work with me and refused to correct the order.
