    Amazing fast shipping! Amazing quality! I love ordering high quality StewMac parts on eBay because they’re often free shipping. Which saves me shipping as opposed to ordering off the StewMac website. Came exactly as advertised. Brand new! They came well packaged too in a hard mailer envelope so my new nut files didn’t get bent or scratched! Thanks again StewMac! 😁 👍

    Item is exactly as described by seller a lot issues during shipping not necessarily the sellers fault I would still purchase from the seller they but I would rather purchase their items from Amazon I’ve never had shipping problems buying stew Mac products from Amazon there staff was excellent handling the issues from shipping and communication was never an issue but USPS really dropped the ball unfortunately Stew Mac had no control over that

    Seller has good communication. Item was shipped very fast and packed good arrived in good condition. Appearance of item it is a BIGROCK guitar knob puller good quality item at a good price. This isn't the first time I've bought items from the seller will continue to do business with seller. I recommend this product and this seller.Thanks

    Item was in new sealed wrapper shipped in a well protected box. Brand new Stew Mac product at 1/2 the price. Also item arrived sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend this seller.

    Excellent customer service! We had a small hiccup on the USPS shipping that was addressed by the seller very quickly. Messages back and forth between me and the seller on the issue were very courteous and professional, and their resolution was more than adequate. I now have what I need and will be returning for more business in the future as well as recommending this StewMac to others.
