    The first rim we bought turned out to be the wrong size. So we started a return. Within a short period of time we had a response from the company. A return label was sent and the right size rim bought and shipped. That is customer service at its best!     USPS tore the box and lost the parts within. Contacted seller and sent pictures, they filed a claim with post office and immediately shipped out a replacement. Replacement part arrived very quickly. They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that was not their fault. Fast shipping, good communication, excellent service. A+ thanks again

    + Value for money + Deadlines for answering a question and processing of sending by the seller + Perfect for John-Deere x300r. + Assembly in 5 minutes. - Carton packaging was damaged by the metal roughness of the object (fortunately the special mounting kit was still inside, otherwise it was a refusal). Advice: The seller should take more care to a solid packaging for this category of parts. Thank you and best greetings

    Was not their fault but the post office lost my package. A contacted seller.They worked with me kept in touch with me. Finally got the package post office misplaced it. We'll definitely do business with this seller again. This was not the seller's fault.It was the post office.
