  The first rim we bought turned out to be the wrong size. So we started a return. Within a short period of time we had a response from the company. A return label was sent and the right size rim bought and shipped. That is customer service at its best!   + Value for money + Deadlines for answering a question and processing of sending by the seller + Perfect for John-Deere x300r. + Assembly in 5 minutes. - Carton packaging was damaged by the metal roughness of the object (fortunately the special mounting kit was still inside, otherwise it was a refusal).   Was not their fault but the post office lost my package. A contacted seller.They worked with me kept in touch with me. Finally got the package post office misplaced it. We'll definitely do business with this seller again. This was not the seller's fault.It was the post office.

  New parts (I ordered 3) as described and as photograph. Good packaging and items arrived without damage to packaging or switches themselves. Competitive price and fast order processing. Not a Club Car OEM part, but definitely fits my cart. Parts arrived much faster than expected and were easy to install on my ‘94 Club Car DS golf cart. Very pleased with my purchase and with this seller.

  item gasket set arrived at earliest estimated delivery date appears to be good quality and was a good price for item and postage was good considering the other side of the world. my only concern is the outer packaging of the set has been cut at one end, all the contents appear to be there the described gaskets and two plastic bags of orings seals etc, the outer post packaging gray plastic bag was intact and sealed, i have yet to install but all appears good at this stage thanks
