    Items as described, very well packed but let down by late delivery by Fed-Ex whose tracking information is dreadful. Seller did say that item was "untracked" but I got an email from the courier with a tracking number that turned out to be useless. Oh well ! Great seller though !

    Smooth postage with e-mail shipment tracking updates at every waypoint all the way from their shop to my mailbox, excellent packing for a chuck, product was as expected and as described by the photos in the add, as always, buying stuff on e-bay comes out 2 or 3 times higher than the e-bay price with all the added cost. Was never aware if I communicated directly with the seller or not, but I will not hesitate doing business with this guy in the future.

    Prior to ordering this replacement drill chuck the seller provided prompt and updated information to my questions as I was unsure from the photos whether it was the correct one for my needs. With that help I was confident enough to place my order and the chuck received was the perfect replacement required. Many thanks to Steve, great service and speedy delivery. Very well packed too.
