    Item was as described. Packaged well and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Price was reasonable for item. The only negative would be Communication is lacking but other than that. No complaints. I’d recommend.

    Received the used tonearm assembly in excellent working condition. Very well wrapped and packed for shipping. Seller used an oversized and sturdy box for shipping to protect the item. The replacement tonearm assembly looks perfect for my turntable restoration project. Price for the item was within my budget. Shipping charges were very reasonable.     Product was as described and packing was great! Only little issue was the shipping cost how long it took to get here! I’ve ordered items from the east coast with free shipping and gotten them way sooner! Regardless great item and purchase.

    Extremely well packaged. Arrived in great condition. The preamplifier works perfectly and in my opinion the appearance is even better than the photos and description from the seller. Great value item. I can highly recommend this seller and would buy again from them in the future
