  I'm an avid Ebayer, but can honestly state that this is my FAVORITE SELLER EVER! USPS lost the Waterford roses, but Michelle was attentive to the issues at every turn and could not have been more communicative throughout the process. The Seller struck a deal on two roses and shipped them quickly. When they could not be located, she promptly refunded the funds. I will definitely do more business with this delightful Seller!!! FIVE STARS!

  Crystal piece extremely well packed and outside package labeled “Fragile” and “Glass” to alert handlers at shipping facilities. Nice to receive a professional looking receipt and personal note from seller. I’ve purchased from this seller in the past and highly recommend them. Delivery required my signature which was added protection for both the seller and me.

  The piece is truly “NIB” like the description says. Michelle is completely professional and kept in touch with me through the whole process. (USPS had a small delay while delivering this package, by no fault of Michelle, but she was messaging me really apologizing like she was driving the van. Lol) I can’t think of a way my experience purchasing from Michelle/Step Up To The Plates could’ve been better. Five stars across the board. (I don’t really like to leave reviews but Michelle deserves one)

  Arrived today after delay by post office as I wasn't able to be home for initial delivery where signature was required (a pain). No fault of the Seller who was most concerned and communicative. Packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Excellent five star eBay seller!
