  Communication from the seller was excellent and timely. It took a few days extra but that is 100% on me being lackadaisical in checking my email, so if you want it quick, stay on top of responding to emails. Shirt was exactly what we discussed and very high quality. The image was printed exactly as it's appearance in the pictures represented. Would definitely shop with seller again and recommend to anyone considering buying from them.

  Beware of this seller! I purchased this shirt as I expected it to be as pictured. However when the shirt arrived it was white, not cream. I messaged the buyer who 1st tried to say that I didn't read the description. I provided them with a screenshot of the purchase title & description that did NOT mention the shirt was white- the seller updated the listing after the fact & then tried to tell me my screen is incorrect. They can't even decide which lie to use!! And will not respond further. BEWARE

  They sent me the wrong color shirt. The picture showed an ash colored shirt on a white background. She tells me the shirt is based on a white shirt and my monitor is wrong. Nowhere did it say it would be a white shirt. She will not exchange, only will refund if I send it back on my own dime. I told her I was not satisfied and didn’t want to give a bad review but the customer service is non existent.

  ou want to exchange the item but don’t want to pay any fees? I’ve already tried to resolve the issue by asking you to return the item so I can issue a full refund, but you refused. These days, it seems like some customers want everything for free. Thankfully, I’ve had many great customers and smooth communication with them — only a few are truly difficult to deal with. If you worked in customer service like I do, you’d understand how tough this job can be.
