  Great transaction! Item as described. Very pleased BB-8 fan! Could have been protected better for shipping. Both the shipping bag and product packaging bag had torn. No damage to product but it was exposed on one corner. Bubble wrap, cardboard, or even a brown paper bag wrapped around product would have prevented inner package from being open to elements. I would totally shop with seller again!

  This seller packed item to ship with 2 pieces of cardboard, one placed on each side of item to give extra protection in shipping--I was impressed he/she did that--extra work for them and it was noticed by me---thank you! Good job!

  Item came in mint condition but didn't work in our DVD players so I contacted the seller who provided an immediate refund. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. There are so few honest sellers when something goes wrong, and if I could give more stars, I would. Thank you, honest seller!
