  Very comfortable and supportive and keeps you upright when sleeping, great if you suffer from acid reflux, you can still put your own pillow on top for extra support. Unfortunately when it arrived the packaging was torn and the zip on the cover had come completely off, I contacted the seller asking for a replacement cover but they very kindly sent a complete new pillow which they weren’t forced to have done, so the whole shopping experience was very good.
