  Product is a described, new, great value. 5 Stars! The only negative is for the United Postal Service, which the tracking shows the package went across the county (coast to coast) 3 times before it arrived at my local post office and then delivered to me. 15 days from ship date to receiving date : (

  Had an issue locating the package but once I located it there wasn’t a problem Package was in perfect condition and the product performed as it should have. Price point was reasonable also. Had an issue locating the package and I got quick response from EBay as well as the seller. So no complaints

  Seller had excellent communication to confirm it was the right starter for my truck Even when the dealership said it was not. I purchased it anyways and the sellerbPre-packaged a return label in case I needed to return it but after I pulled the old one off it was the correct starter as the seller said it was. Thanks again. I will definitely purchase from you again in the future

  I did receive the starter, but it just wasn’t the right one. They gave me a full refund on the starter that made me very happy and I recommend that you buy starters from them because if it doesn’t fit, they give you a full refund and that makes it good for them because I do recommend if they would’ve had the right one. I bought another one, but I was happy. They gave me a full refund, so that’s my feedback to you guys.
