  Exactly what i ordered and wanted, when the product matched the description / appearance, buyers really appreciates the seller for it, unlike some sellers that thinks that's okay to send something that says 16 but doesn't matches it.   I can not say enough about this business. Order was shipped quickly. Got lost, had tracking number, with UPS for about 2 weeks. I emailed them, they volunteered to send replacement. It came in today, 2 days after I contacted them. Amazing customer service. Lisa was whom I exchanged emails. I thought this kind of customer service just didn't exist any longer. Lisa proved me wrong. Lifetime customer right here. Thank you.

  Item arrived as advertised one week late, but not due to a vendor error. Item was lost at Innovations Mail facility when 1st shipped. I contacted the seller upon the delivery date and they immediately responded and got the issue resolved. It's a good quality case and clip mount for the $$$. I would recommend this buyer as they stepped up and followed through with an error that was not theirs. A special "Thank You" to Lisa @ starkecase for her help in getting things resolved
