    THEY CHANGED THERE PACKAGING FOR PEANUTS AND ONLY SEND PARTIAL OF THE ORDER. PAID FOR 14 CUFT AND ONLY RECIEVED 10 CUFT. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER WILLING TO HELP OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM JUST GIVES THE SAME MESSAGE THAT THEY WILL RELAY THE ISSUE TO THE WAREHOUSE WHICH MEANS THEY DONT CARE. VERY RUDE COSTOMER SERVICE. TRYING TO RETURN THE ITEM AND THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS TO THE CASE AND REFUSE TO SEND LABELS FOR THE RETURN BEING THE ITEM IS 'NOT AS DESCRIBED'.

    I waited a week, and they never shipped the items, so then I reached out, and they promptly refunded me. Reading the feedback, I thought there would be no issues. Things happen, but if they were not going to have the product shipped, they could have taken care of this some time ago without me having to wait and then reaching out to them first.
