She acknowledged and accommodated my special packing request for this heavyweight pair of chalkware plaques. Based on some recent experiences, I was very hesitant, but these were perfectly packed and arrived exactly as pictured. The cost on item and shipping were also great.   This seller packed this very fragile item amazing well. It was surrounded by thick foam and the package was marked "fragile" several places on the outside of the box. I could tell that great care was taken in packaging and shipping this item. I really appreciate the care that was taken.

  When I opened the box tears welled up in my eyes. Such a beautiful statue. Brings to mind Humility. Love. And Grace…Just what I needed. The packaging was so precious. So much care.
