    The soup Maker is not as described in that it was clearly not NEW as stated in the listing It was well packaged and was received in good order. I am 80% satisfied with my purchase and I assume the seller did not open the package prior to despatch and I am therefore satisfied in the services of this seller as the item was delivered on time at a good price.

    Item was received not as described with items missing, however after contacting the seller he apologised for this and has refunded me enough to replace the missing items. I am therefore satisfied with the item and the service received from the seller.

    Refunded as wrong item was sent, I’ve given positive feedback but TBH, they take a very long time and to answer your questions, the wrong item was sent and they didn’t seem to be interested

    The kettle box was very battered but I was advised that this may be the case. When I took the kettle out of the box, I could see that it was new and never used. I have now used the kettle several times and it works really well, although a tad noisy which I can live with. All in all I am very happy, the description was clear and the item was as described. It arrived on time having been very well wrapped in protective packaging, I am a happy customer.

    The supplier sent a 180 model, not the 150 as advertised. The supplied pasta maker was dismantled completely, and one of the combs was broken. I contacted them, but they declined to respond. I sent the pasta maker back for a full refund. Things do go wrong; however, the complete lack of communication is a danger when purchasing from this supplier
