    The soup Maker is not as described in that it was clearly not NEW as stated in the listing It was well packaged and was received in good order. I am 80% satisfied with my purchase and I assume the seller did not open the package prior to despatch and I am therefore satisfied in the services of this seller as the item was delivered on time at a good price.

    Item was received not as described with items missing, however after contacting the seller he apologised for this and has refunded me enough to replace the missing items. I am therefore satisfied with the item and the service received from the seller.

    Refunded as wrong item was sent, I’ve given positive feedback but TBH, they take a very long time and to answer your questions, the wrong item was sent and they didn’t seem to be interested

    The kettle box was very battered but I was advised that this may be the case. When I took the kettle out of the box, I could see that it was new and never used. I have now used the kettle several times and it works really well, although a tad noisy which I can live with. All in all I am very happy, the description was clear and the item was as described. It arrived on time having been very well wrapped in protective packaging, I am a happy customer.

    Toothbrush heads arrived on time and as advertised, unfortunately another item went missing during delivery. Seller was very helpful and chased courier , package unaccounted for so seller gave a full refund - great customer service.

    Great product at a very good price, unfortunately, the postage communication was shambolic, eBay emails me with a delivery date, but a later date is displayed on the Yodel website when I tracked the parcel. The item is great, but the delivery time was unacceptable.
