  I was initially going to leave a neutral review, but the items arrived well-packaged and were 100% authentic, which I appreciate. However, be aware that the seller is not based in the U.S., even though the listing makes it seem like the items ship from within the country. Shipping takes a few weeks, and you won’t receive any status updates unless you ask for them. If you're okay with the wait and lack of tracking updates, the products themselves are great.

  Overall positive, I really dislike OSM because they don't seem to be in a hurry to do anything, but I don't suppose I can blame the seller for their short comings. Overall the seller was fast to respond, it showed up in great shape packing wise, and was exactly what it said it was. Overall positive experience.

  Everything arrived fine like it should’ve, but the shipping time was terrible. Seller said he left it with a partner store for USPS delivery but I sat and watched it sit in the same spot for 5 days before they actually started moving it. And the sellers page isn’t honest about the delivery, the shipping services was supposed to be by DGM Smartmail, but it was sent out by OSM Worldwide. I appreciate it came in pristine condition and wasn’t overpriced, but I’ll be avoiding this seller for now on.

  I had a good experience with this seller. Item was at a fantastic price. The shipping took a few weeks but the seller responded quickly and was informative on where we were in the process. Item didn’t just arrive in new condition it arrived in immaculate condition which kind of blew me away and was very well packaged for its safety. I highly recommend this seller for well kept/ stored items.

  Took less than a week to the the product and it arrived in perfect quality. No issues with the packaging and I was able to charge and turn on the Digivices without any issues. I would recommend to purchase from this seller and will come back for more in the future.
