They informed me that the product was damaged in storage and offered solutions but ultimately chose to refund me rather than send an inferior item or an unsuitable substitute.     Item shipped out and was delivered quickly! Especially for an international package that shipped from China! It arrived safely intact, exactly as it was pictured and described!
