  I have never interacted with a better seller! The seller was very patient, polite, and willing to communicate to me about the shipping process when issues came up since it was an international purchase. The packaging was excellent and the item was in better condition than I thought it would have been, it was exactly as pictured and described! The seller also followed up with me several times thought the process, and included a hand written note along with the item! Best seller on ebay!

  I am a big fan of Rei so to get this guitar was fantastic. The guitar arrived in perfect condition due to how well it packaged. The condition was as described and there was no damage at all.   Superb service. Guitar was delivered earlier than expected and it was very well packaged. It was in even better condition than the description led me to believe. Given the condition, I had also worked out that the price, even with import duties and VAT, was still less than I would have been able to find elsewhere. These extra costs would have applied anyway because there were no sellers of this type of guitar in the UK. The shipping was also free. I was very pleased with my purchase.
