  Hi Wendy, many thanks for Carlton Equipe frame. I am absolutely delighted with it. I have been looking for one of these for years. It is exactly as you described it and great value. It was a pleasure communicating with you about bicycles. Also I would like to thank you for packing the frame so well, in particular taking the trouble to put axles in to protect the frame during its journey from America to Great Britain.   When I received the vacuum it did not work. I immediately contacted the buyer and she responded quickly. She offered me a refund but the vacuum was exactly what I wanted and asked if she’d be willing to pay for the repair if got an estimate. She agreed. I bought it to a vacuum repair shop and it turned out to be a loose connection. He fixed it free of charge. I was very impressed by the buyer’s quick response and customer service.

  The table was just as described and it got in great condition considering it crossed the country. I have to make a special note about the packaging... it was amazing!! There was no way anything bad was going to happen to it the way you wrapped it. Took me 20 minutes to undo it, I can't imagine how long it took you package it, but kudos, table made it here safe and undamaged, fast shipping. Thanks so much!!
