    The Soundcraft Ui16 arrived when promised. The price was lower than many others selling this item, it was an open box product and appeared like new and the quality was perfect. The seller was a pleasure to do business with.

    Item as as advertised, in perfect 'like new' condition. No wear and tear, no marks of any kind. It really was in perfect shape. Came up the first time I plugged it in. Solid value for the money as brand new units were over $1,300 at Sweetwater and Guitar Center. Saved hundreds. Seller shipped the next day and answered my questions quickly, making me very comfortable with purchasing from them.
