  Item arrived exactly as described if not better. I'm so thrilled to have been able to afford the phone I want. It's exactly what I wanted! This seller is extremely responsive and helpful. USPS didn't scan the package properly and when I brought my concerns to the seller, they looked into it and got me answers the same day and continued to follow up. Will be ordering again and I cannot recommend this seller enough!

  The quality of the phone is as they described, it's in good condition! The price was very reasonable and it looks just like the pictures. They were good at communicating and shipped when they're page says they ship. Only thing I was a little iffy about is the way they packaged it, maybe use more bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Thank you!

  The product was in better condition than described. That's good, but I would not count on that being the case in all situations. Shipping was fast enough. Packaging was not as robust as I would have expected; there was a possibility that the item could have been damaged in shipping. I would shop from this seller in the future as the pricing and the quality of the product align. Communication was good as well.

  Item as described, was actually better in appearance then expected. Shipping was reasonable, only complaint was the packaging, as the phone was shipped in a bag, not a box, and it was in a single layer bubble wrap bag, with 2 pieces of loose card board on each side. Luckily no damage during shipping. All in all, product was in great condition, great value for what I received.

  Soonersoft is really THE company when it comes to refurbished phones. I think this last purchase makes my fourth purchase with them and the phones are always exactly how they described. No more, no less. Package arrives quickly and packed well. There are a lot of duds on eBay and unscrupulous sellers, but Soonersoft is fantastic. Do not hesitate to buy anything from them.

  The phone I received was not as described. However, I received the phone quickly and the communication with the seller was EXCELLENT with very fast response times to my questions and concerns. The seller apologized for the issues and recommended returning the item. The return process was very easy and my money was refunded. This seller was very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Even though there were issues with the item, I am giving this a POSITIVE rating.
