    2nd new Zorro purchased from this seller. Great fit and finish means it out performs a Zippo in all departments. Very good communication and advice from the seller, just ask and he will message you back with an answer/ solution to your query. Along with ultra fast dispatch and postage included in the price, you can’t go wrong! An A+ from me!!

    I usually dont leave feedback on simple purchases on ebay, but I had such a positive experience with the seller I felt I should say. I bought the butane lighter insert and within a day of having it, the spring for the hinge was damaged, I contacted the seller and immediately they reported I was the first to experience the problem, a replacement could be sent quickly and asked me to further describe the problem. After a short back and forth we determined the issue and a replacement was sent!

    sadly due to Royal Mail issues I could not receive this item . But through it all the seller was superb and cannot fault them in any way. Communication was fantastic throughout the issue. Had already bought another item from here with no issues. This a seller I would happily continue to buy from A+++++++++ all the way.
