  Item was shipped quickly and well packed, overly packed actually! This purchase was made after many e-mails back and forth to answer my many questions. Both the VHS and DVD sides work flawlessly as does the remote, all as stated accurately in the description. The manual wasn't included but was easy to find on-line. The price was reasonable as well.
