    Item arrived exactly as advertised, brand new in box. Quality item. Extremely good value for a genuine Apple MacBook Air. Seller was very helpful and responsive throughout the purchase process, and provided positive feedback almost instantaneously. Very very highly recommended.

    Top-notch seller, and the item was as described. I got this nearly £500 cheaper than what Apple was offering officially. And yes, it's Brand New, and the Warranty started when I activated it—delivered Next Day as well with secure packaging. Would highly recommend this seller.

    Excellent service and a great price. Item arrived in under forty eight hours and was well packaged. The PL1 is as described i.e. brand new in original packaging so is in mint condition. I would buy from this supplier again without hesitation. High quality goods sold by a slick ebay seller.

    Quality top notch, brand new apple usb arrived in its white still sealed apple box. Condition was perfect. Bit pricey but its a genuine apple usb adapter and not a substitute, so you get what you pay for. Appearance excellent. Works exactly as it should do with an apple computer. Very happy. Service for me was quick and easy. Delivered in reasonable time. Communication straightforward. Good experience with this seller therefore would use again.

    Would give 5 Stars but the phone advertised was black which I wanted. When received the phone it was the one with the white back. Contacted seller which said the supplier had sent out the wrong colour phone. Could return the phone or keep it and get a £20 partial refund for the mistake. I accepted the refund as to be honest it's only the back of the phone that's white which can't see when it's in a case which I always use to protect my phones. Apart from that very happy with the phone.
