    This hardcover football book, was in excellent brand new condition when it arrived within the specified time. It was very well packaged, inside bubble wrap and then a sturdy cardboard parcel. The book looked how it was described too.

    Unfortunately item was damaged.... However seller went out of his way to resolve the issue.... Also I've brought programs recently from more online stores than I'll ever admit to, yet this sellers attention to packaging is head and shoulders above ANYONE else I've used online.... I wouldn't hesitate to use again!
