  There was a slight hiccup with the wrong item being shipped, but the seller corrected the issue without hesitation. They didn't charge for the extra shipping and allowed me to keep the previously shipped item. They handled the mistake exactly how you would hope they would. I have have zero hesitation buying from them again.

  Shipped quick and was packed in bubble wrap and in a bubble mailer. Perfectly sufficient for this kind of item. Just as pictured and we'll worth it. I finally have the perfect case for my favorite DS!
