  Really awkward and disappointing experience. Brought two together, was seriously delayed in receiving (not the sellers fault but seller wasn’t overly bothered) then one boa is a horrible colour, nothing like the photo. I asked to return one, seller said have to return both! Regardless of ‘rules’ at least try and help me out. Seller knows how urgent these were! Colour wording is not helpful, photos that show true colours are!!

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience. However, the item was shipped with tracking and was delayed due to the bank holiday. I was not informed prior to purchase that you needed this parcel within a deadline. Had I been informed of this, I would have recommended shipping the parcel within “guaranteed special delivery by 1pm”. The items were bought as a bundle and I offered the buyer to return the entire parcel for a refund in line with eBay’s rules.
