  The seller was very responsive and issued a full refund on a subframe crossmember we had ordered. When it arrived, it had rust holes under the plastic panels (that the seller would not have necessarily known about). When the part arrived and we realized it was not usable, we asked for a full refund (part and shipping). The seller asked for pictures of the part received, which we provided, and he did not hesitate to provide a full refund. He provided great communications! Thank you!

  The seller was very helpful in finding the part I needed for my Nissan. I asked a lot of. questions over a couple of days and the response was always very quick and accurate. Once I purchased the item it arrived very quickly and in great condition. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I cannot write enough to express how positive of an experience this was.   OMG! Ordered 6/27, ships 7/7 only after asking why it hasn’t yet shipped, something arrived 7/14 or 17 days after ordering. And it’s not even close to what is pictured. Compare my pictures to their picture for yourself. No huge round ABS motor at all as pictured within their own ad. Useless. With my extensive feedback history/rating, I’ve should have known better than to trust this seller. It may take me a month to get a refund, but I will succeed and inform our eBay rep about this seller.
