  Item was as described and in new condition. Good price for what you get. However neutral is for shipping updates and communication. Item was stuck in limbo and would not update past usps waiting for product. Customer did not response to any of my messages on whether it had been shipped or not. We are the consumers, we deserve a response from seller.
