  I received an item that didn't quite match the way it was described. The seller offered a discount in response to my question about it. I decided to return it for a full refund. I asked him to correct the new listing of the item, and he did correct it.

  I have received a cd recorder I purchase from the seller and when I received it it would not work I notify the sender right away and let them know what’s wrong with the cd recorder and they apologise and told me they would give me a full refund and to keep the cd recorder, I want to thank the seller for their honesty and not letting me ship the unit back, I would continue to buy from the seller and continue to shop with eBay. Thank you.
