  Item mostly as described and pictured, because it did not arrive in the OEM packaging as pictured. It appears to be new from bulk pack. Would have preferred that to be listed in the item description. Ships quickly. Would purchase from again.

  The seller shipped quickly and it is a brand new OEM Briggs & Stratton part as advertised. Shipping was included via USPS. The USPS service was slow, the item sat at a number of terminals for exteperiods of time resulting in the item arriving 4 days after the original estimated date. This isn't the seller's fault, but was after a significant snow storm that I was hoping to have the item for.
