Item was exactly as described and very intentionally packed. There was no damage to the item upon delivery. No further communication with the seller was needed to facilitate delivery. I would purchase from this seller in the future! Very satisfied.

After washing, the item felt much better than what it came as. The drawstrings were missing (which wasn't mentioned) and the fabric felt crusty. The inside fabric felt rough against the skin. Like I said before, it felt better after a single wash.

The item was exactly how pictured. Great quality. Thank you so much. This hat was brought because my father use to wear these hats in the early to mid 90's when he was cycling. My father just died a week ago so this hat is memory of that. Thank you :)
