I can honestly say that I have had only one issue. I reached out t o the business and their representatives took care of my needs immediately. Because of this they have become one my go to drone parts suppliers, when I am sourcing parts for my customers damaged drones. If don’t care if things aren’t perfect it’s how it’s handled to come up with a solution to fix the problem and it was just a simple oversight, accidents happen and I am not perfect either! He walked me through how to fix it and was very patient and kind…5 star service! The drone itself was in great condition. Highly recommend
